Nyekachi Douglas from Nigeria Wins Top Model Round at Miss World 2019

Nyekachi Douglas from Nigeria won the much anticipated Top Model Round at Miss World 2019 and gets a direct entry to Top 40 semi-finals. The grand finale of Miss World 2019 is slated to take place on December 14, 2019 and few of the finalists have already been announced as the winners of different Fastrack Challenges. However, after winning the Top Model Round, Nigeria certainly has strengthened its position in the radar to grab the Miss World crown.

At the very same event, Lương Thuỳ Linh from Vietnam, Suman Rao from India, Ophély Mézino from France and Oliver Nakakande from Uganda finished as the runners up. Meanwhile, Miss Brazil, Elís Miele Coelho, Miss Czech Republic, Denisa Spergerová, Miss Hong Kong, Lila Lam, Miss Kazakhstan, Madina Batyk and Miss Trinidad and Tobago, Tya Janè Ramey emerged as the Top 10 semi-finalists of the Top Model Round.

We have seen many Top Model Round winners sweeping the Miss World crown as well. Miss World Top Model winners who have gone on to wear the famous blue crown include:
