Miss Universe 2019: A Review on Evening Gown Preliminary Competition
Miss Universe 2019 will be the 68th edition of the Miss Universe pageant which is slated to take place on December 8, 2019 at Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. During the conclusion of the pageant, Miss Universe 2018, Catriona Gray of the Philippines will crown her successor as the new Miss Universe.
After watching all the delegates giving each other a tough and nerve wrecking fight, I came up with few performances which impressed me the most in the evening gown preliminary competition of Miss Universe 2019.
In no particular order, here are my favorites from the Preliminary Evening Gown Round-
I believe Indonesia nailed this segment and came out to stand out effortlessly. I loved her facial expressions, composure and posture. I also admire Iceland a lot in this segment, completely head over heals for her smile. Kenya also owned this segment with her effervescence, grace and elegance. Next we have, Puerto Rico who was chic and gracious at the same time. Vietnam also came up as the highlight of the segment channelizing her graceful spontaneity. I also loved Mexico, France and Colombia along with Denmark and Philippines in the given segment. Albania also gave a decent performance overall.
