Alfïya Ersayın Crowned Miss World Kazakhstan 2018

Alfïya Ersayın from Atyrau was crowned as Miss World Kazakhstan 2018 in the grand finale of Miss Kazakhstan 2018, which took place on March 31, 2018 at the Palace of Peace and Harmony. She succeeds Gulbanu Azimkhanova as the new Miss World Kazakhstan and will now represent the nation at Miss World 2018 wherein Manushi Chhillar of India will crown her successor as next Miss World.

During the 21st edition of Miss Kazakhstan pageant, Ekaterina Dvoretskaya was titled as the first runner up, Maimuna Kulkeshova was adjudged as the second runner up and Dinara Baymuratova finished as the third runner up.

Kazakhstan last placed at Miss World last year when Gulbanu Azimkhanova was adjudged as Top 40 quarter-finalist. Kazakhstan is yet to win its first Miss World crown.
