Veruska Ljubisavljevic Crowned Miss World Venezuela 2018
Veruska Ljubisavljevic from Vargas was crowned as Miss World Venezuela 2018 on November 9, 2017 at the Estudio 5 de Venevisión in Caracas, Venezuela. She succeeds Ana Ugarte as Miss World Venezuela and will represent her country in the coming edition of Miss World pageant next year.
At the same event, Mariem Velazco from Barinas was titled as Miss International Venezuela 2018 and Sthefany Gutiérrez from Delta Amacuro was crowned as Miss Universe Venezuela 2018.
Ivian Sarcos, who was also the winner of Miss World 2011, was the last representative from Venezuela to place in the finals of Miss World pageant, since then the country is striving to get a placement at the said pageant.
