Mirka Cabrera Crowned Miss World Ecuador 2016
Mirka Cabrera from El Oro province was crowned as Miss World Ecuador. She succeeds Miss World Ecuador 2015, María Camila Marañón and will now compete at Miss World 2016 in United States in the coming December, hoping to succeed Mireia Lalaguna Royo of Spain as next Miss World.
During the coronation gala, Sharon Maldonado from Galápagos was adjudged as the first runner up and Andrea Villacres from Guayas was titled as the second runner up. Completing the top 5 were Lissette Sánchez from Bolivar and Andrea Pendolema from Los Rios.
