Lauren Wilson Crowned Miss Utah 2016

Lauren Wilson from Northern Utah County was crowned Miss Utah 2016 on June 18, 2016 at Capitole Theatre. Lauren Wilson succeeds Miss Utah 2015, Krissia Beatty and will now compete at Miss America 2017, scheduled to be held on September 11, 2016 in New Jersey.

Lauren Wilson, who is a graduate of Utah Valley University, also received a $10,000 scholarship and a new car as the prize on being crowned as Miss Utah 2016.

At the same event, Miss Orem, Jesse Craig was titled as the first runner up,  Miss Heart of Utah, Jessi Kate Riley was adjudged as the second runner up, Miss Springville, Mapleton Madison Monson was announced as the third runner up and Miss Roy, D’Mia Lamar finished as the fourth runner up.
